Beautiful Villa Belladonna is located in the quiet village of Sinožići and can accommodate 8 people. It extends over two floors to 260m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with television with IPTV programme and seating, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table for 8 people and 1 double bedroom with bathroom, while on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each room has air conditioning and TV with IPTV programme, as well as its own terrace and large beds of 180x200. In addition to IPTV programs, the television offers HBO and Netflix. PlayStation S5 and an electric scooter are also at your disposal. The villa sits on a 1050 square meter plot with a beautiful garden and a private heated pool where you can relax. Saltwater pool is 51.90 m2 big and next to it is a 5-person jacuzzi. Just a few steps away is the covered patio with outdoor dining area and gas grill, the perfect place for a family gathering where you can all prepare delicious meals together and enjoy your family vacation. There is also a garden with Mediterranean plants and a children's playground. The parking lot in front of the house offers space for 6 cars, as well as a charging station for electric and hybrid cars. Pets are on request allowed. Group of young people are not acceptable. This house will provide you with more than you need to fully enjoy your vacation.
Sinožići is a quiet place, about 15 km away from Poreč and the sea.
The first shop is 3 km from the village, and the restaurant is about 2 km away.
The place is ideal for bicycle tours, as well as for trips to nearby Istrian sights.

Wir waren ganz spontan für 8 Nächte in der Casa Belladonna und es war traumhaft schön! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und alle Schlafräume verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und separate Terrasse bzw. Balkon. Auch die Kommunikation mit Maja war äußerst angenehm, unkompliziert und schnell! Besonders genossen haben wir die Privatsphäre und den Ausblick ins Grüne! Die nächstgrößeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meer waren in ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Im Ort selbst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit in einem kleinen Lädchen, Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf (Milch, Kaffee usw.) zu kaufen. Alles in Einem waren wir super zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Wunderbares Ferienhaus in herrlicher Landschaft
Wir ( 2 Familien-4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder/ Jugendliche) hatten eine tolle Woche in einem sehr schön gelegenem , top ausgestatteten Ferienhaus - 15 Min. von Porec entfernt. Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber, toller Pool, alle 4 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad-gesamtes Haus mit Klimaanlage- technisch auf dem neuesten Stand( TV, PS5, usw.) Absolut komplett ausgestattete Küche. Einfach ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Die schönen Städte Porec, Vsar, Rovinj gut erreichbar.
