The house consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen and living room with a sofa bed for two persons. From the living area there is a terrace exit with a dining table, pool and garden. One bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor which also has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool of 24m2. On the first floor there is one bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony. In the rental price included use of internet, bed linen and towels. Private parking is located in the courtyard. The villa is situated in a central position in the southwest on the edge of the village Brajkovići and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 4 km from the house is the nature reserve Limski-Fjord with two excellent fish restaurants and in about 1,5 km distance there is a pizzeria and a restaurant with local specialties.
Rovinj is a magical peninsula, located on the western coast of Istria between the municipality of Vrsar in the north with which it divides the Lim Bay and the municipalities of Bale in the south.
It has a beautiful view of an archipelago of twenty-two islands, the largest of which are Sv. Andrija and Sv. Catherine.
The history of this magical place is woven into its cobblestone streets.
From a city of such natural predispositions it was not difficult to make a tourist center of almost all of Croatia.
